Winemaker Notes

This wine displays a straw color with aromas of citrus fruits, pears, apples and white flowers. The rich and velvety texture of the wine is balanced by refreshing acidity leading to a long, lingering finish.

A pure, textured pinot grigio showing hints of hot stones and tarragon to the melon and green apples. Fresh, medium-bodied and nicely dry and pithy. A very good example of nice pinot grigio neutrality.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with simple salad of lightly-dressed greens to richer dishes like seafood quiche.
